A Rainha Elizabeth 2ª se tornou a monarca britânica com mais tempo de reinado, e a primeira a alcançar 70 anos de reinado. Chefe de Estado do Reino Unido e de mais 14 nações desde 1952, a monarca começou as comemorações do Jubileu de Platina nesta quinta-feira (02/06), aparecendo na varanda do Palácio de Buckingham para receber uma saudação.

Milhares de pessoas estão reunidas nos arredores do Palácio de Buckingham, e para comemorar decretou um feriado de quatro dias que segue até este domingo (5/6), com shows, eventos e festas de rua.

O que é o Jubileu da Rainha

Elizabeth 2ª nasceu no dia 21 de abril de 1926 e todos os anos ela comemora dois aniversários. O primeiro no dia do seu nascimento e o segundo no segundo sábado de junho, essa tradição começou em com seu bisavô Edward 7º, que nasceu em novembro e comemora em junho para garantir um clima agradável para as celebrações públicas.

Já o Jubileu marca um aniversário especial no reinado de um monarca e esse ano será o quarto jubileu da atual rainha da Inglaterra. Ela celebrou seu jubileu de prata em 1977, de ouro em 2002 e de diamante em 2012.

Por volta das 06h45, a família real deixou o Palácio de Buckingham, em Londres, para começar a celebração. A rainha Elizabeth II surgiu na sacada e cumprimentou a multidão por volta das 8h20. Antes disso, a família real percorreu cerca de 1 km até o Horse Guards Parade, para assistir um desfile militar.

Os bisnetos roubaram a cena

As crianças, George, Charlotte e Louis, filhos do príncipe William (primogênito do príncipe Charles), com a mulher dele, Kate Middleton (duquesa de Cambridge) aparecem junto a família real e roubaram a cena com sorrisos nas carruagem e uma pequena birra durante a aparição da bisavó, que levou Kate Middleton a ter uma "conversinha" com o caçula — Louis.

O vestido "repetido" de Kate Middleton

A duquesa de Cambridge escolheu um look totalmente branco da grife inglesa Alexander McQueen, o vestido estilo blazer custou aproximadamente £ 3.000 euros, o equivalente a R$ 18.000.

A mesma peça foi usada pela Duquesa de Cambridge em junho de 2021 durante um evento do G7 que aconteceu no Reino Unido. Compondo o look, Kate decidiu usar um chapéu da marca Philip Treacy.

Em homenagem à ex-sogra, Kate Middleton usou brincos e um colar da princesa Diana.

O príncipe Harry e sua esposa, Meghan, fizeram uma discreta aparição pública durante o desfile que inaugurou o Jubileu de Platina, dois anos depois da turbulenta partida do casal para a Califórnia, nos Estados Unidos.

O casal não apareceu junto ao resto da família na sacada por não serem mais membros ativos da realeza. Os dois assistiram ao evento do antigo escritório do duque de Wellington.

Ambos usaram trajes escuros, que contrastavam com os uniformes militares tradicionais dos príncipes Charles e William durante o desfile militar. O casal está previsto para participar da missa em homenagem à soberana na manhã de sexta-feira (03/06) na catedral São Paulo.

A rainha Elizabeth II apareceu na varanda vestida com um conjunto de Angela Kelly e chapéu combinando. Durante a aparição, a rainha esteve acompanhada por seu primo, o Duque de Kent.

A monarca usava um vestido de lã Charmelaine azul embelezado com pérolas e diamantes ao redor do decote e em cascata na frente do casaco. Ela também está usando o emblema dos guardas.

É a roupa que ela usou quando foi fotografada para um novo retrato oficial divulgado pelo Palácio de Buckingham na quarta-feira (01/06).
