7 Prisioneiros filme brasileiro da Netflix com Rodrigo Santoro e Christian Malheiros aparece entre os nomeados para concorrer na categoria de melhor filme internacional NAACP Image Awards. A lista foi revelada nesta terça-feira (18), vencedores serão anunciados dia 26 de fevereiro. O evento conta, no total, com mais de 45 premiações.
NAACP Image Awards é um evento que celebra os afro-americanos mais influentes do cinema, televisão e música do ano. A cerimônia, realizada todos os anos, desde 1970, é organizada pela Associação Nacional para o Progresso de Pessoas de Cor, sediada nos Estados Unidos.
Anthony Anderson, ator e comediante, será o apresentador da celebração que conta com nomes como Jennifer Hudson, Lil Nas X, Megan Thee Stallion, Regina King e Tiffany Haddish, H.E.R. entre os principais indicados. Os filmes Judas e o messias negro e Vingança e Castigo, assim como os atores Zendaya, Idris Elba, Issa Rae, e Daniel Kaluuya, são os destaques.
