Justin Bieber apresenta álibis contra acusação de estupro

Cantor apresentou artigos de jornal, fotos, tuítes e recibos de hotel para contradizer a acusação. Uma segunda acusação, porém, segue sem resposta do artista

Acusado no último fim de semana por duas mulheres diferentes, de estupro, o cantor canadense Justin Bieber apresentou no perfil do Twitter uma série de provas que desmentiriam a história de uma delas. Ele ainda não se pronunciou sobre o segundo caso, que teria acontecido em Nova York, em 5 de maio de 2015.

Anonimamente, uma mulher identificada pelo pseudônimo Danielle afirmou que, em 9 de março de 2014, teria sido levada para um quarto com Justin Bieber no hotel Four Seasons, em Austin, no Texas, onde teria ocorrido o caso. Ela conta ainda que Justin a fez concordar em não dizer nada a ninguém, sob ameaça de sofrer retaliações legais, e teria pedido o celular dela e o colocado para carregar como desculpa para tirar o aparelho da possa dela.

Nesta segunda-feira (21/6), o cantor publicou uma série de provas que desmentiriam a história de que foi acusado. Com fotos, artigos de jornal, comprovantes e tuítes, ele procura demonstrar que, embora estivesse em Austin, esteve o tempo todo com Selena Gomez, namorada dele na época, com amigos, e que não esteve hospedado no Four Seasons.

“Eu normalmente não falo sobre essas coisas já que tenho lidado com acusações aleatórias por toda minha carreira, mas, após falar com minha esposa e equipe, decidi falar sobre um problema esta noite”, começou o cantor nas redes sociais.

“Rumores são rumores, mas abuso sexual é algo que eu não encaro levemente. Queria ter falado logo em seguida, mas por respeito a tantas vítimas que lidam com esses problemas diariamente eu queria ter certeza que tinha justado os fatos antes de fazer qualquer pronunciamento”, continuou.

“Toda acusação de abuso sexual deve ser levada muito a sério e é por isso que minha resposta era necessária. Entretanto, essa história é factualmente impossível e é por isso que eu irei trabalhar com o Twitter e as autoridades para tomar atitudes legais”, finalizou.

The other reason this story might say I was staying at the four seasons was because a tweet from 2014 on March 10th not the the 9th says they saw me there . This is that tweet

However I never stayed at the four seasons on the 9th or the 10th. This person put another tweet up earlier saying they saw me at the restaurant the following night not the hotel

Furthermore I stayed with Selena and our friends at an airbnb on the 9th and on the 10th stayed at a Westin because our hotel reservation at LÀ Quinta and not the four seasons was messed up. Here are the receipts for the hotel on the 10th

The Pics I showed of me and Selena march 9 in Austin should make it clear that we were together that night and went from the venue to our Airbnb and never went to the four seasons. This is our airbnb receipt where we crashed with our friends

On march 10th selena left for work and I stayed at the Westin as the receipts clearly showed with my friends nick and john before I left town. Once again not at the four seasons. We booked it for a couple days to stay for the defjam show but I bailed on the 11th to head back home
